SlimShadyHP, this looks like one of those "apply to qualify" technique that has become more mainstream in the last couple months. I first learned about this technique from Frank Kerns about 3 years ago as a way to sell higher-priced products/services.

You would need license rights for 90/10 split. I have access to MOBE.
