Short Review:
1. 24 pages of how to contact and what to say to a new client who needs a website. Step by step conversation like if he says this, you have to say this otherwise this... Lastly references to fiverr gigs, themeforest, wordpress plugins etc.you get the point.
2. A swipe file in word format which again describes all the questions and answers between you and your potential client.
3. An excel file with fields such as company name, has website or not, called by phone, called by email, notes etc. so that you can put every potential clients details for your future reference.
What is missing ?
1. The most tedious job is to search for the potential clients who are willing to pay for your services. There is no reference in the workbook how to get these clients (different methods for newbies)
2. No details of how to use the referenced links I mean for what purpose. (I know all the BBHF members know how to get services from these fiverr gigs and how to use WP plugins but in report no detail is provided.)
