Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_FUNCTION

received the same fatal message anyone know why or how to fix it?

Is this "WORKING" or what? Is anyone successfully installed?
If it is not, so I know myself and save time for installation.
