It looks like the Cron is firing correctly but the response script is not getting a reply from amazon which is causing the script to fail.

The cron job will work, just do it manually by pasting it to your browser.

From what you shared above, you haven't modified the cronjob to pull correctly.
Specifically, 1. you must change "cpanelusername" to the username you need to access your cpanel don't leave the default settings. 2. the same applies to "yoursite.com", meaning you must enter your domain name/url.
If you did modify these, you should have no issues whatsover. Works flawlessly for me. However, should you need more assistance, PM me and I'll see what I can do to help you out.

Okay, I keep getting PM's for help on the cron jobs and if you read the above one quoted I will try to spell out your error, its quite obvious:
1. You must change the the "Cpanelsuername" to whatever you use to login to your cpanel hosting, i.e. like if its "admin" or "jane" or "paul" etc.
2. You must change the "yoursite.com" to your domain name/url, like "buycheaptvs.com" or "shopmobilephonesonline.com" or if its a subdomain "buycheaptvs.myhosting.com" etc.

i install the script ... when i past cron jobs link in browser and hit enter ... after few second it say Done
but there is no new post

If there's no changes, don't forget to clear caches from the dropdown in wp-admin at the top (clear all)
Can anyone help as I have gone through a complete install and looking through the wp backend and to me, he has de-activated most regular wp stuff due to his custom coding, eg: cannot use menus so seem stuck with what his top menus are...
Also cannot see how to add content because the products use posts so even after making a new post for content, it does not show up anywhere (no links, no menus) and really can't see what he has done with HIS existing copied posts, they seem to be under a 'PAGE' but can't see how that is done, also the url's of these copied posts are not friendly at all like the product pages are, they end up like '.....game-news/?id=1
we don't want ?id=1, we need the post title don't we? (But then he has used 'pages')
Would be great to learn how to actually use these sites to be able to add content easily just like normal wordpress, but although his sales pages state ALL instructions included - there are NOT, only install instructions and a bunch of articles that he's pulled from his other websites
