Okay, this looks like a PLR to me. And seems like the author made a big mistake when converting to PDF. There are no clickable links when he is trying to link to Aweber, GVO, Instabuilder, Hyper Tracker, Blogging Domination Blueprint, Resell Rights Weekly, Sales Funnel Magic, Social Media Soup to Nuts, SocialAdr, TribePro, Tweetadder, Safe-Swaps, Adfly! I confirmed it by opening the PDF with Foxit and Adobe. LOL. I believe he wants to add his affiliate links initially.

All the info are just introduction and some explanation. If you didn't know about list building at all, you may have a read. But really not much info inside.
So he talks about autoresponder, squeeze page and traffic sources. 53 pages can be much reduced to 10 pages.
