Read this earlier. Basically he is getting people to sign up for the cpa network through his affiliate link. Tell you to do content locking with you youtube videos and buy video likes/views with his service, offering the instructions for free, and making his money on the back end.......pretty clever.
What's REALLY clever is his two recommendations for getting YT views. In the PPD guide he has a Vagex signup link and he knows darn well this site is not accepting new signups. The second option is HIS service where you can buy views. He's also getting flack on his thread for changing the title from buying YT views to making money with CPA. He's making $600 a day, but he's too cheap to purchase a new thread???
Oh, and don't bother reading his 3 page youtube ranking pdf, which includes three steps:
Step 1: Find the Keyword You Want To Rank For
-use the google keyword tool or the youtube ad tool to find keywords for your niche.
Step 2: Uploading Your Video
-standard title, description, tag info you've read in every other youtube WSO.
Step 3: YouTube Views (Get your video ranked in 2 days!)
-just a link to his YT views service, no reference to Vagex this time ;)
