why is that when i try to minimize this.. its gone then and tried to check the tast manager it still running the sickrun.exe

You just minimized it, not closed it. Just double click on the icon on the task bar by the date and time and it will open back up.

i noticed that the 2 recommended email clients are not working. this is what i do see

"Your registration could not be processed at the moment. Please try again later. If the error persists, please contact us."

please recommend another email client to use

Nope, just run it and go.
Although you can if you want to. If you do it will produce and error, but just hit continue and it will work fine.

Try making an account manually and inserting the details in the program.
