I registered and then it sent me to the sales page. I try to log in and then it doesn't recognize me. Even when I click 'get new password', it says my email doesn't exist.

Each chapter is a PNG image which I open in Picasa.
Does anyone know a way of printing the content out in a readable way?
If I paid for it I'd ask for a refund as I like to print this kind of "book".

I logged in and hand copied and pasted the entire course backend into a pdf. No I didn't make it all pretty and properly format with a table of contents, etc... but there it is.

I included the .Doc file so you can edit and do with it as you please.

Includes everything from the OTO and and bonus tabs as requested.
