Responsiveness: The vertical deals look great on mobiles as is. As there's been quite a lot of interest in making the horizontal one responsive, we'll look into doing this for the next update of the plugin.

no wonder a good plugin, but being used for a coupon site...I will have my liberty to say it may not be that much resourceful for such case.
