There are plenty of paid WordPress security plugins that promise to protect you from this and that. After 10 years of using WP, I think three of the best ones are FREE and available for download on WordPress.org.

They're updated regularly to be compatible with the latest WP version, and updates are always free!

I'm confused. Is that bad? Most people probably don't know about the plugins and download paid plugins that might not get updated to be compatible with new WordPress versions. It's not like I'm asking people to click "Thanks" to get them. And I'm not asking for any Rep. Just thought I would share. Is the whole purpose of posting here to get thanks and improve my rep? Very confusing. Sad
