Do you have the video showing how to use AppBuilder1.zip? i.e. What software do I need run the files inside AppBuilder1.zip? Or does the appbuilder to be installed in the hosting? I saw the owner create the index file from his membership site.

ill make it easy, just make a mobile optemized site upload it to your server then link it to the AppBuilder, you dont have to follow what is he doing, just use your imagination...
