2. Private proxies are proxies that are not public and not on any lists that can be scraped. For the most part private proxies have security either to an IP or set of credentials or both. Those won't be on public lists.

3. If your software can't tell you what type of proxies you've scraped after it's tested them then you need a refund. Scraping proxies and testing them without verifying the anonymity is worthless.

4. There are never any more than around 5k working like public proxies at any given time of the day on average

I checked Zenno ProxyChecker... indeed, very fast. Faster than goblin or multiply. As long you are adding their lists in Zenno you are better.
