I do this on every site :) Been doing it for a while.. Great on smaller niche's that you can easily dominate.. Get first 5 in the SERPS, and add your profile pic.. Your stealing clicks from the guys around you because you stand out big time!!! So, you don't have to be #1, just above the fold. Get #1 if you can, but sometimes a huge site is holding position 1
