NOTE: Files uploaded to FileTransfer seem to avoid showing the file name by default. There is an option to rename uploaded files but to replace the words: "data package" with a chosen file name, one would need to log into their account.

I'm just guessing here, but if this download link looks a bit strange compared to other file host links, concealing the file name could be this host's clever workaround to keep the identity of the share under wraps longer; thus, prolonging the link's life on their server and minimizing the need to deal with DMCA takedown notices. It appears that the alpha-numeric string that precedes the #link is the real identifier of the file, instead.
