Before copying it, be sure that you had change the URL in the script. "http://facebook.com/PutasYAtrevidas" to "http://facebook.com/YourPage".

On a Wordpress site, can I place it in the header.php file? I want to keep it hidden from people who look at the source file.

to cloak it just obfuscate the code in base64 or something. its should work anywhere but anything that is loaded is viewable.
