Seen this before... Dowloaded about 4 months ago... consulted it myself last week to create a good VP for a client.

GREAT course on creating a value proposition and consistently use it to get the 'mico - YES' from prospects over and over again ->leading to sales
->If you know the stuff, just go for the application in part 4 - but you NEED to understand the FUNDAMENTALS first!
