I'm not sure it's worth the reup. He simply uses the webrank toolbar which isn't that great.

If you're interested in doing JVs with companies, then take a look at who's doing Groupons in your area. They've already been sold on the concept of giving away a significant portion of their sales price and you can almost certainly give them a better deal on a JV.
