I wouldn't waste time downloading this - it's a piece of crap. From what I've seen after running it, all it does is let you make a log of what you've done with your video - nothing you couldn't do with paper and pencil. There's no magic here, there's no secret method or anything else - a total waste of time. I suspect the seller will get lots of refund requests.
