Your best bet is going to be searching SEO firms on the net and seeing what they have to offer.

I tried selling individual seo services. The problem you'll run into is people will buy regular backlinks and expect to rank. Or whatever packages your selling and expect great results. Your better off making a site that targets a specific thing (my site selling edu links does better than my site selling all sorts of seo stuff).
