yours is good advice. should download the program directly from the manufacturer's site because it is updated from time to time (a few days ago they released version 4.0.2) and it happens that the old version does not work anymore. this may be true even when the version is the same (for example, 4.0.1). In fact, I noticed that the name of the file that you downloaded from their website, the format of which is jingling_ <some numbers>. rar, changes in the portion after the word jingling_ (ie, numbers), and this happens even when the program shows the same version.
