I have used WP-Clone on quite a few sites and love the ez of use. All you have to do is make a backup of the site you want to duplicate, copy the backup url (the plugin gives it to you as soon as the backup is created). Then create the new Wordpress site. Once the site is created, find and install the WP-Clone from the plugin search, then paste the backup url into the appropriate area, then click install. That's it. No downloading or database creating. I love it. I have tried 10 or 15 other plugins and nothing works as easy as WP-Clone.
