As I mentioned, you have to be persistent, and I wasn't, but while I was doing the first part, for a month or so several years ago, I've started seeing results.
I just wondered if it worked, as theres a lot of fitness stuff (i.e. dvds etc) that just glorify a few sit ups etc)
Well, this one is really simple, no equipment needed, you can do it at home and there is no glorification (all applies to the original one from the torrent). After all, you'll get it for free, so you can give it a try.
