Which one is the best email submitter?

Few days back i purchased godaddy's email marketing package ( 20000 contacts a month).
When i sent emails to 5000 contacts i got some spam complaints and the godaddy people blocked my account.
Can someone please help me out to find a service which will not block me in case of bounce emails or spam complaints to.
Please suggest me some good strategies to do bulk email marketing.

You need to use email verification software to check and clean your email list, before you send out bulk mail. This will reduce bounce mail. Also, follow can-spam rules, this will help you stay on good side of your ISP. I like Atomic Mail Studio, it includes everything you need to run full email marketing campaign. Steps for successful campaign:

1. Scrape emails
2. Clean list remove duplicates fake etc
3. Verify emails are real
4. Create your email include unsubscribe/removal instructions
5. Load email template and hit send
6. Collect cash!

Okay, well you guys are polling stuff that cannot be compared.. ESP (like mailchimp) an Autoresponder service (like aweber) and desktop software (like sendblaster) or hosted front ends that work with MTA's (like interspire) should not be compared... and your title references the "top" and your poll doesn't include the industry standard enterprise level MTA (PowerMTA)... might want to google stuff before making posts that will just confuse people who know less than you...
