Problem is you did not even check properly and said uploadseed was EMPTY. It wasn't that case. ( I already mention i have TESTED IT) Simple as that.
OP has Uploadseed mirror BEFORE YOU posted. You call that Helped ? I would call that HIJACK HELP.

Unfortunately you are WRONG. It is NOT maintenance during that time.
Sometime the mirrors might not show up. But REFRESH your browser again it MIGHT work.
Edit: Other than uploadseeds, we can create other mirror such as Mirrorcreator / directmirror...etc...(in case OP mirror down)

The whole point is that I was helping others by uploading a new mirror. I checked 2 sites and they were empty, whatever you say. Nothing wrong with that. Your ego is bigger than your di@#$

Hey thank you Thor for the heads up. All this time i was thinking that when mirrors dont show up. There is something wrong on the site.
