Yes you can do them from one profile. This will save you alot of money in terms of captcha cost. They are designed to not cost alot, you can run one template on as little as a dollar with DBC or DE-Captcha + captcha sniper. But you are welcome to use more than one if you have the deep pockets :)

Captcha sniper is sucks so don't sit for the captcha sniper use DBC and also use 3 profiles for this large template. It is safe to use and get more backlinks from different profiles but run those campaign atleast 30 days for new sites and 20 days for old sites. Don't be noob for blasting the links in one day.
