Yes, it involves creating anim. gifs. Works great with whiteboard stuff alongside YT embeds.

I didn't care for the program he says to use, as it didn't work too well. But VirtualDub works good for this. It's fast, seemingly lightweight. You could also do from Photoshop if you have it.
