Can someone just share how he recruits the Sub_affiliates?

While the concept seems appealing at first glance (and this "system" is nothing new, I've encountered similar "middleman" products over the last few years), there is a HUGE flaw with this "middleman" premise.

You see, if you're using a regular CPA affiliate account and paying out commissions to your sub-affiliates, your commissions are going to necessarily be very low and significantly below the typical CPA rates. For example, an email submit may pay out $1.50. In order for you to profit off your sub-affiliates, you'd only be able to pay them $1.00 or slightly more in order to make a small commission of 50 cents or less.

Do you want to know what the worst part is? Your sub-affiliates could send you really crappy black hat leads, and this could potentially lead to lots of scrubbing on your leads or even the banning of your CPA account. I find this strategy to be unacceptably risky, given the relatively small commissions you'd make off your sub-affiliates.
