What codecanon plugin would resemble this?

I have seen another plugin of that kind (scarcity rolling and launching for every new visitor of the site).
I just don't remember who did it and when it came out. It definitely was a WSO.
EDIT: Found! Page Expiration Robot. Less expensive and more expiration methods (OTO, cookie, IP), but no complete funnel setup as I see.
