A Quick Review
1) Find a keyword with at least 90 exact match searches,Of course it mush have Zero competition
[Dont ask how that will generate 400 hits a month, You will be lucky to get 50) .
(2)Write a 500 word article grab an image and place on your blog [Optimize the article for the keyword
( Dont publush it yet}
Make a video. with the keyword in the gmail and as the title of the video and a link in the decription to your post
Get somebody on fiverr to bookmark THE VIDEO
Embed the video on your blogpost
3) Write a 700 word unique article.
Go to myguestblog and find somebody in your niche to let you do a blog post with 2 links and your video allowed
Sit back and wait for the traffic to come
Nothing new and way too much work
A quick bookmarking and a senuke or wiki blast to your post will get you No1 if there's no competition

exactly...too much work for nothing..or eventually couple hits that you are not sure that will get you profit
Too much work and it is not worth to do, I rather buy traffic.
