Don't worry, it's because a prefix table on SQL, just remove prefix table.

Got this error after configuring the config.php

Uncaught Exception: Invalid data provided22 (0) in /home/user/public_html/suporte/__swift/library/TemplateEngine/class.SWIFT_TemplateEngine.php:1044

Thanks to AntonVs for posting nulled version.

I have installed this and working fine, but the Geoip details were missing. after spending more time on google search, i come across the below urls, in which the GeoIP addresses are downloadable.

two files are in csv format, just download it and upload it to geoip directory, it should work.

I have a doubt, is it possible to trace the nulled version by kayako through their app?
