Quick REVIEW:

• Search Google for small businesses with no websites or ugly sites
• Gather the info of the businesses then contact them by phone
• Tell them you'll make a demo site for them during the call, if they agree, create the demo email it to them and set up an appointment once they give you a positive response.
• Email them your host gator affiliate link and whatever domain provider site you will use, affiliate link before appointment
• Gather info and outsource the web design work on Fiverr (available in oto).
  

Overall, this is a solid course. The English is a bit choppy in the PDF since it's created by a foreigner. Nothing new at all under the sun, but it's a method that still and can work nonetheless.
