If you do not or cant run VMWare this is the next best thing and probably easier for those without much knowledge. (Its highly recomended that you use one or both of these solutions along with your usual protections when dealing with "untrusted" software!) There is some malware that can escape a Virtual machine or sandbox, it is very very rare and complicated to code!
This will help you keep peace of mind and let you use software without worrying about damage or loss to your system!
