This is a useful, 241-page book for Real Estate Investors that covers wholesaling homes. It could also be very useful for people looking to find a home for themselves. Unless of course they prefer to pay full market prices on a home.

Well, it seems to me that this forum is pretty much indexed by google spiders. Let's take it i don't want the direct downloads to come down the very next day i posted it. :) Let it stay for more than a week. Hiding the sales page could make it stay longer than expected. Anyway, thanks for the feedback.

Exactly my reason! I wanted to post the direct source and not worry about it being corrupted. And as i have already posted above. I don't want the google bots to see it just as yet. :)
