To get started with a NEW INSTALLATION of FB Viral Video 1.2, please download the app at by clicking here (vv.zip - 3 MB)
To upgrade to FB Viral Video 1.2 download the update by clicking here (fbvvupdate1.2.zip - 31 KB) then do the following:
- unzip the downloaded file
- click into the FBVV1.2 UPDATE folder
- in here you will see the index.php file and 3 folders. Upload index.php to the place where you installed FB Viral Video. ie: if you installed it at
http://yoursite.com/fbvv/ then you upload index.php to the fbvv folder.
- now, upload the contents of the other folders into the corresponding folder from your FB Viral Video installation directory
- to run the updater, visit the admin page of your installation of FB Viral Video and add update.php to the URL and hit return. For example, if you installed at fbviralvideo.com/viralvideo/ then the URL would be
fbviralvideo.com/viralvideo/admin/update.php
- note: make sure you download v1.2 from the link at the top as you will need to use this for new installations.
IMPORTANT: WHEN YOU INSTALL FB VIRAL VIDEO YOU MUST CHOOSE ‘ADMIN’ AS YOUR USERNAME OR THE MANAGE USERS FUNCTION WILL NOT APPEAR FOR YOU!
