This time, i's more about conversions instead of SEO.
But in the end, your SERPs will also rise, as you retain more visitors on your site.
So you get two benefits - better conversion of visitors into clients - and a SEO boost, as the SEs see that your visitors stay...

So far in a very short time, I've check the last 8 shares from him.
Each carried a wp_head injection.
All used the exact crappy encoding method
All used the exact host domain
That's no coincidence - clearly a scammer that needs BANNING
