OK, now that I said that, this PDF is junk. It has no real information in it. Says thing like:
"Here's a suggested list of items to include:
* Your company name and logo
* Your website address and contact info
* Any Press Releases, Videos or Blog RSS feeds that pertain to your business
* Your Twitter Updates
* Current Company News and Updates
* Active Customer Interactions"
It really goes into no details on how to do anything. 10 pages (with lots of white space) of some suggestions, but nothing to tell / show you how to do anything.
I was very disappointed with this product....
