Ticket #2367: Menu disappears when you select sub-categories in AC
Ticket #2366: Added SN sites get deselected when SENuke restarts

Plus the usual minor fixes and removals.

Cant seem to run the senuke.exe. It says this when i try to run it. Any help is appreciated :)
