Who cares? Most people here would buy the stuff they download - IF, and ONLY IF the material is worth the price.
Look at Mark Sandquist WSOs: I bought the stuff despite it being shared here!
I am into mobile, so If I use his stuff and he finds my sites, I'll be perfectly legal with the developer license he sells for 7 to 12 $ a pop :-)
