This product had its heyday in the mid-2000s. I don't have the course but I vividly recall wanting to buy it back in the day; but once I opted-in to Mark Campbell's list, the email contacts came at such a rate that turned me off to buying anything he had to sell.
Anyhoo...
I did some searching and found premium links at biz-tutorial and ebookee that have long-since died.
There are "review" (affiliate) sites for this all over the web.
First, I put the site URL into a WP site ripper tool but nothing came up.
So, I tried the old manual search query. Try putting this into either google.com or duckduckgo.com:
It will take a while to sift through the listings to find the pages with downloads. You can do a CTRL+F search to find the word: download or do a quick visual scan to find the words. To illustrate my point of the latter option, you can see the bolded word: download in several of the entries in the image below:

Being that there are only two pages, it shouldn't take long.
Now, I didn't find a course or anything substantial but I did manage to get the link to his 70-page Simple Sites Manual. You can find the link on the second page of the site I link you to above but if you just want to grab it and go, here it is...

The PDF has a link to buy the course, so it seems you still need to have the course. Something else I notice is that the links inside the manual don't open in my Adobe reader. I don't know if that's because he's no longer selling the course or if there's an issue with my PDF reader.
