Ok guys,this is a genesis of my most ridiculous money earning project I have ever done
in IM. It was only 156 USD so far, but I tell you – if you continue reading you
will understand what is this all about. I would call it Hight Ticket Niche
method.

I am living in the place with a lot of tourism. One of my friends is a 5* hotel supervisor
and one day in a local bar, sitting and drinking the beer, he complained about
some clients who completely demolished their hotel apartment. My friend was in
charge of making some on line product research and contact the providers and buy
some new stuff in order to put the apartment into the previous condition. So he
named all the items that he had to purchase for the apartment reconstruction. I
noticed that there was 1 item that is produced only by 5 companies in the
country /he told me/ and the price rounded $3000 and up. From obvious reasons I
will not tell you what exactly it this item, but if you stayed in some good
hotel, you definetely used it.

The trick was that normal people would never buy this product on line as it is big,
difficult to understand and expensive. But in any hotel where they have
hundreds apartments with hundreds of these items and one fails – well, they
just go on line and order one as soon as possible, because they already know
what they are getting.


So the same evening still with beers in my head I went to check if they sell it on Amazon – and voila, it was there.
Only 3 brands – all together some 9 products up to $6000 for item. Now I will
give you exact time I spent with all the process /having already my hosting/.


NOTE: All the necessary tools, plugins, themes and manuals for plugins I got from here, BBHF.

Keword research – 20 min (picked only 1 keyword with 1900 searches, nothing else)

Choosing domain – 5 min (domain contains the
keyword, .com, but not EMD)

Paying domain – 5 min (redirect to my hosting)

Installing WP on my domain – 2 min

Installing plugins – 10min (with configuring Legal pages and Wpzon builder)
Legal pages
Wpzon builder 2.5b
W3Total cache
I did not install even SEO All in pack!!!

Installing theme Magiczon – 10min (with configuring the style, colors etc)

Creating 3 categories, each with 1 brand name – 2 min

Creating 9 automated posts with Wpzon builder – 10 min (each post is an automated copied review
from amazon with brand in the title under the same brand category)


Then I went to sleep. This was last May and thanks to my next day hangover I completely forgot about this site.

Now consider this:

There is NO SINGLE ARTICLE
There is NO SINGLE BACKLINK
There is NO SEO AT ALL
There is NO SERP for this site
There is NO UPDATE since that drunk evening.

In October,reading Amazon report I did not belive my eyes. I had a sale. Comission $82. Yesterday
I went through and – 1 new order again.


Conclusion:
My trafic since May untill today was 451 visitors. I had ridiculous conversion
of 0.35% by 2 sales – but thanks to High Ticket item it was $156 netto. And all this for 1 hour and 4 minutes of sleepy
work that I even do not remember…

When you are lazy and have time – GO FOR HIGH TICKET ITEMS!!!

Hahaha some times beers make brain run sharp ( i think everytime)

Phenomenal and awesome idea which is so easy to implement.

Could become a real moneyspinner if upscaled.
