Let's see how the Taur nulled this...
It's already here nulled by sista, but as far as I see it, she didn't get the whole 2.1.2 working... maybe because of the licensing system.
Your approach is blunt, but very effective ;-)

Someone said that the latest v2.1.2 hasn't been nulled so i thought i would try to help out, if it works ok please let me know, i quickly tested and it seems fine :)
Btw on the main settings page you will notice it says v2.1.0, but the plugin is indeed v2.1.2 as written in the Wordpress Plugin page.

I got V 2.1.2 (nulled by sista) from the main WPMapFolio thread...
Your approach is much more effective and doesn't rely on a forgotten license server...
