This "method" in very simple words:

1) go to google and look for "websites|pages|companies|individuals" that have "under construction" or "being redeveloped" or the old classic "coming soon|very soon" on a holding domain|page
2) call them|email them|write them|postcard them or if it is local visit them.. with a GREAT OFFER to redesign their site|s
3) tell them you can "refresh" or "redo" or "bring their website up to date" for only $xxx and $xx monthly maintenance
4) outsource|VAsource|fiverr source the "design jobs" you get from #3 [we always use templates!]
5) repeat #1 to #4 for any niche you can think of 100's of times
6) cash the checks :) lots of them, but WILL take time!!!!

There you go, saved you reading 62 pages of 25 year old rubbish!
