Here is a very cool script called OutVEO that you can use to organize the work of your VAs through this online PHP platform. I personally think this is an awesome script to have if you have VAs so I won't miss on this if I were you :)

Hope you like this! As I said in the instructions file btw, if you get any warnings or errors the first times don't worry and just ignore them for the time being, the script works fine as far as i know and have tested, so there are no problems.
