Senuke, magic submitter, ultimate demon do the same thing except all of them having different price tag and all of price have a price tag of $1997, $1199, $350 (using demondemon coupon). For licorne is just a crap tool, it costs $150 now, previously costs $100. Gsa ser is way better than that. What you need is just gsa ser for tier 2/3.
And maybe 1 more either senuke, ms, ultimate demon for tier 1 backlink or tier 2. What you need to do is to use article spinner software like chimp rewriter or the best spinner to spin a manually spun article and using either senuke, ms or , Ud to distribute the links. save all the links found and use gsa ser + gsa captcha breaker to spam links to tier 1 back links.
Using kontent machine v3 to generate content for tier 2. Tier 3 just use scrape box and xrumer and spam all the way.

RSS feeds currently I'm using Magic Submitter it works great. All the RSS sites successfully posted easily automatically.
