Most agents have some kind of website, from a very professionally done site, or even just a basic site that is through their brokerage.
Find their contact form, or email address.
Step 4) Contact Them With a Sample
Now contact them letting them know you want to be able to help them out. You specialize in professional marketing material and would like to help them offer a spectacular looking real estate flyer for their listing or listings.
Include a link to a sample flyer template with your contact information on the page.
Step 5) Rinse and Repeat!!!
