I'm running on win 8/64 bit. Even running the patch in xp mode as admin, it pops up a window saying I need to install CS, which I've already done.
When I run CS after running the patch, I get the window asking for transaction code. I leave it blank, and hit ok. It then comes up with another box with a really long ass code in it, and says to email that to CS and they will send you license.
've been doing this long enough to know that's probably not a good idea. But the program closes and doesn't run after clicking ok on that box.
So out of frustration I use one of my who cares email addresses and email the code off to CS. Surprise! A license code appears in my email. But it's only for 5 day trial.
So.... is this the way the patch is supposed to work, and we only get a trial?? Or is Win 8/64 bit not playing nicely with the patch?? I see so many people saying it works for them, but alas, I cannot get any love......

I don't see how I could 'install it incorrectly'... you click on the setup file and it installs the d*** program for you. You copy the patch to the folder you just installed it to, and run the patch. 2 steps, ez - pz......

I'm just asking what is supposed to happen when you run the patch so I can try to help narrow down where it's failing and perhaps figure out a way to make it work.
I haven't tried it on my laptop yet, it's win7/64 bit. Even as long as 64 bit has been around, there are still quite a few programs/patches/softwares that won't run on it.....

I have Win7 64bit, must be something with windows 8? Can you set compatibility for the patch/sniper executable?

guess I'll try it on my laptop and see what happens... it's not that big an issue really, since the program itself is pretty crappy..... Ive run it in the past with poor results, and the couple programs I tried the newer trial version with are getting very poor results....
GSA isn't any better either from my test with SB Bomber......

I did buy this soft. Well, this program sucks. Worst $ I have ever spent. And this explains why they do not offer refunds. It lacks ability to solve main captcha type, that is currently everywhere. If this tool would be available about 5 years ago - yes, it would be groundbreaking. I'd better pay the same amount of money I paid for it, for captchas at deathbycaptcha. But well - no refunds, peace of sh.. soft...

This program has very low sucess rate :( I even tried it with SMF forums and it can't even solve it
