If you apply for .COM domain with the same hosted adsense account. I think you can show ads on .COM domain. Otherwise, You will only show Google adsense ads only Youtube and blogger only.

Hi, I have already an account which I have not accessed for many years. I received a check from google just recently. This sparked an interest in me to recover my adsense account but I could not access it anymore. I forgot my username and password and the email I used. Any ideas how?

Creating account in this way may not be a problem but I think Google will disable your account before getting your first check.Because they will find that approved site owner address and payee address are not same.
