Can anyone point me in the right direction about how to install these. Or a quick overview of the steps. I got so used to Wordpress and Softaculous, I forgot all the other ways to install sites. Thanks in advance. hahah.

Their server is on overload.. I get only 6kb/sec from them.

You can edit them in DreamWeaver or let someone convert them into a WP Theme on Fiverr..

I'll ommit the bonus (450 MB) because of the server issue - unless someone tells me what's in it and I reconsider the value ;-)
