Hi there, If an applicant signs up directly for a payoneer account, he will not get the $25 bonus. It's a special promotion for the payoneer affiliate program which requires to sign up through an other affiliate link.

Payoneer is restricted from issuing its card to US residents.
This thread seems to show the opposite of that - but it is also 5 years out of date.
Perhaps the OP will update it ??
