Can anyone please suggest great CPA networks? I have used AdWorkMedia and FileIce, what are other good networks out there that have great conversion rate? With adworkmedia I get like 200 unique clicks on surveys and only around 5 leads a day.
I suggest you PointClickTrack. You could check that.

FileIce is not a CPA network, its PPD network..
You can try Adscendmedia, they have good content locker.
For dating offers try Peerfly and Max bounty, good conversion..
